Refund Policy
Our products are digital books delivered as an immediate download. Orders are processed by Paddle.com as the Merchant of Record, and refunds are issued by Paddle.
When we refund
- The file cannot be downloaded or does not open in a standard EPUB reader, and we could not fix it within a reasonable time.
- You were charged twice for the same book.
- You changed your mind within 14 days of purchase and have not downloaded the book.
How to request a refund
Write to hello@olgashmatova.com from the email address used for payment, or contact Paddle directly at paddle.net with your order number. Refunds are returned to the original payment method; timing depends on your bank.

Мы продаем электронные книги, которые скачиваются сразу после оплаты. Заказы оформляет Paddle.com, он же возвращает деньги.
Возврат возможен, если файл не скачивается или не открывается в стандартной программе для EPUB и мы не смогли это исправить; если вы оплатили одну и ту же книгу дважды; если вы передумали в течение 14 дней после покупки и еще не скачивали книгу.
Напишите на hello@olgashmatova.com с почты, с которой платили, или обратитесь в Paddle на paddle.net, указав номер заказа. Деньги возвращаются на карту оплаты.
